Other info:  I chose to make this square as this is one of the ways I will always remember Teddy. He loves to sit in the backyard and watch the world go by, watch his deer friends, watch his sister dig holes, and just enjoy everyday Airedale life.

Teddy was rescued by his breeder from a bad home and came to live with me when he was nine months old. The Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia are in the background. Teddy and those mountains are two of the three biggest joys of my life. I have sewn in a locket of Teddy's hair. His legs get very curly. I wanted to share a part of him with the person who won the quilt.
