Reporting on CRUSA's participation in the Chicagoland Pet Expo, Shell writes: Terri was surrendered back to us, as the family is experiencing economic hardship, foreclosing on their home and moving into subsidized housing. It was a very sad & tearful surrender; Terri is so adorable & sweet that there was a great deal of interest in her today.
