CARL & SPROCKET
SPEND THE DAY
WITH THE
SKRENNINGER QUINTET

7 NOVEMBER 2014

Sherri Casterline (whose Cairn HALEY won First Place in
CRUSA'S 2014 HOWLOWEEN CONTEST FUNDARAISER HERE),
picked up Carl & Sprocket from Gateway Veterinary Clinic,
where they'd been in quarantine for seven days

Ph

and brought them north to Kenosha, Wisconsin . . .

Ph

. . . where they stayed with the Skrenninger Quintet for the afternoon.

Sherri writes:

Carl & Sprocket were perfect gentlemen on their trip from St. Charles to Kenosha.
I fell in love with both of them and can't believe their transformation!
I think they will be excellent candidates for forever homes.

Shell, thanks for the opportunity to meet these handsome lads.

Meeting RICO, the only male dog in residence . . .

Ph

I was a bit concerned, but Rico had no problem at all
with two other males in the yard, or the house.

Sprocket discovers leaves . . .

Ph

. . . he rolled around in a leaf pile like he'd never seen one before
(and he probably hadn't).

Ph

I threw a handful of toys in the yard, just to see what they'd do.

Ph

They both actually played with 'em, for a moment or two.
However, Sprocket then thought ANYthing on the ground was fair game,
including the bird bath brush, a broom, socks, shoes . . . .

Carl, on the other hand,
wanted to be INside
when he was OUTside . . .

Ph

Ph

Oh well, if I can't go inside, I'll just go somewhere else to get into trouble.

. . . and OUTside when he was INside

Ph

Sprocket investigated
the dog bed
in front of the fireplace . . .

Ph

. . . but Carl actually jumped into it . . .
