Shell Lewis writes: Buddy & Holly were originally placed on Petfinder.com by the Clinton, Iowa shelter, identified as Westies. Our sharp-eyed Westie friends noticed the error, contacted someone at the Clinton shelter and then put them in touch with me.

The precise reason for their surrender is a bit sketchy. The shelter got a call from a gentleman who said he found the pair and that someone needed to come and get them. but he immediately identified them by name - Buddy & Holly. Buddy & Holly
