We had thought Buddy was older than his reported six years because he had a post-op infection from not-the-world's-best neutering job, seemed overweight, short of breath and had badly-damaged teeth, probably from chewing the bars of a cage. Tonight Buddy had a ball and led the other three on a merry chase and never surrendered to those young whippersnappers!
Buddy has always been a lover, and Holly is warming up to us as time goes on. Probably good that they are due to be adopted next weekend before we all get any more attached.
