After a couple of hours, the Circus and their guests are worn out and we head for home. The remainder of the evening is very quiet as a consequence. Everyone slumbers in various parts of the house while I watch Sandy groom Madison. The alpha male retreats to the TV room with a number of napping Airedales. |
