Shell Lewis writes:

Choo Choo is a six-year-old female, surrendered by an elderly couple in northern Chicago suburbs.

Two years ago, she was found by an acquaintance of theirs, walking down a railroad track; hence the name. The acquaintance couldn't keep her so they took her.

The husband has just been diagnosed with Alzheimer's and the wife is overwhelmed with responsibility of caring for him.

Choo Choo is being fostered by Lynette & Henry Henricksen, who drove to Mundelein, Illinois to bring her back to Wisconsin.

Ph

BOB ANDERSON:
How sad that Choo Choo is back on the tracks . . . .
But I'll bet that it won't be long before she's adopted!
