EILEEN & RASCAL DO A HOME VISIT FOR RICO 2 SEPTEMBER 2003 (which is his birthday) Eileen brought along her 11-year-old Rescue Cairn, Rascal, who had spent most of his previous life outside . . . . . . and who asks, "We don't have to SING, do we, Mom?"
