Denise, an Animal Control Officer from the Cedar Bend Animal Shelter in Waterloo, met us there to transfer over two beautiful Cairns - Chelsea & Charlie - two-year-old owner-surrenders. Chelsea & Charlie are gorgeous . . . charming . . . and even housebroken! This past week, we got an email from Kristie, the shelter manager at the Cedar Bend Humane Society in Waterloo, Iowa. We have received Cairns from this shelter in the past (Buddy, Scrappy & Frosty) and they are always kind enough to go the distance and meet me in Dubuque, Iowa to transfer over dogs.
