Plenty of dogs were on hand, too.
In addition to Snickers & Nikki, Robert brought a little terrier mix named Redford, who looked like a cross between a Cairn and a Chinese Crested. |

[On 12 June, Robert writes: Redford was a Rescue from Q.C. Paws,(Quad City Paws) of Rock Island, Illinois, and was sponsored by Westie Rescue of Missouri. He has since been adopted by a new family in Napoleon, Ohio and is doing wonderful.]

Holly & Mazin brought their foster, Lenny. |

Jack, our latest intake and Tracy's new foster dog, was transported Up Nort' by Holly & Mazin. It was a busy, fun afternoon!
These pictures illustrate some of what Robert taught us. In two of the shots, Robert shows how he would introduce a new dog (in this case Nikki) to an existing pack. Nikki is actually "presented" belly up and then Mollie (the alpha dog in Robert's house) is allowed to actually walk over Nikki and all the other dogs do the same.
