CRUSA received a call from Dr. Tolliver in Missouri about four eight-week-old Cairn pups (all males) being given up by a puppymill.
We brought together our dependable transport duo - Scott Lubert & Greg Martin - and made arrangements for foster homes.
Shelley & Paul, who had recently fostered Peaches, offered to take two. Kim Grossman, who recently adopted Pam, agreed to foster and so did Scott & Greg.
For bookkeeping purposes, Dr. T. named these four John, Paul, George & Ringo; we named them The Quad Squad

Mary at . . .

Then . . . two days before the transport was scheduled to leave, Dr. T. called. There were three more puppies! We quickly found fosters for these three who were named Peter, Polly & Mary.
On Saturday, 1 July 2006, the CRUSA Transport Team of Scott Lubert & Greg Martin made the journey from Wisconsin to Missouri to pick up The Magnificent 7.

All pups are now safe in their foster homes and keeping their parents very busy & amused!
