. . . and a swim in the lake; . . . it was absolutely freezing!
Mare & I at their holiday home in Kincardine, This was how I began email chatting with Mare. She said she was off to Kinardine and I thought she meant Fife, Scotland. I used to go on holiday there as a child. It was a while before we realised we were on different continents.
Nick with Black Betty . . . The three of them welcomed a complete stranger into their home for a week.
