On 21 March, Jackie writes: As you can see, all the get-well wishes have worked their magic. I'm healing well and a lot more mobile. Went out yesterday for a bit of retail therapy and got a lovely new jumper. Perfect for our changeable spring weather.

The fruits of your shopping labours looks good on you; you wear it well On 23 March, Jackie writes: I think I'm doing really well. I did try to climb up on a chair to fix the internet router yesterday and was shocked when I couldn't put downward pressure on my arm to help push me up. I had to wait till R passed it down. I still have issues using a knife and fork to eat with, but it's better; I manage to get the fork to my mouth with half the food on it.
I walked round the garden today. Not much survived this winter, but a few spring flowers are out to cheer it up.
On 27 March, Jackie writes: I'm doing really well. I managed to bathe Hamish yesterday and Suzi today; took me a while but they small nice. MARE MOORE in Canada: Cute bunny but what a gorgeous drawing of an ADT head! It's wonderful that you're coming along so well. You just keep getting better 'n' better! You're doing so well that hopefully that'll mean you'll be able to go up to and enjoy spending some time at your summer caravan starting next month.
