And doesn't Richard look ten years younger, too? I treated Anne & Mike to a Mexican night out as a birthday & anniversary dinner. It was ok, but not quite my scene - drinking tequilla and trying all types of Mayan food. Yeuch! It was the only thing I did not enjoy on the holiday. I was shown how to make fresh guacamole; loved that and will be trying it out soon. (On 19 October, Jackie writes: I meant to tell you . . . I eventually got an avocado; cost me 1.00GBP [1.53USD]. Made me some guacamole [chopped red pepper, wee bit onion and lime juice)]. It was really good; I was very pleased with my first attempt. Even Richard ate some and he doesn't eat raw healthy food.)
