CARLIE, ORIN, SHANDI LYNN & KEVIN are now snuggled in at Naperville Animal Hospital. I've had some stinky dogs in my van over the years, but I think Gayle will attest to the fact that these dogs take the "Stinky Prize". They'll all be groomed & bathed prior to going to their foster homes, but I suspect that it will take more than one bath to get rid of their "mill smell".

KEVIN is very sweet and a little grumpy, but if I was that overgrown, I'd be grumpy too. I can't wait to see him once he's groomed. He has a gorgeous coat.

SHANDI LYNN is a sweet, sweet thing.
Shy & hesitant, as one would expect, but such beautiful eyes.

Everyone at the clinic was fussing over her.

Ruth . . . she'll be a great first-time foster dog for you.
I expect that she'll fall in love with you (and vice versa).

ORIN is absolutely gorgeous and very agreeable. A little shy, but there's a real dog lurking in there. You can tell.

All dogs will be spayed/neutered tomorrow. I was surprised they could get them on the surgical schedule so quickly, but that's a good thing. They'll have a full week to heal before moving on.
Ruth & Marla . . . I'll be bringing your dogs to you a week from tomorrow (4/25).

Dontcha love it when it all comes together. Can I tell you that I am in love with Orin? He's a real looker.
