First, of course, we sent out email invitations to all CRUSA list members, all Cairn folks I have in my address book, all members of Terrier-L, Canine-L & ADTHomeList, on the theory that this would reach as many CairnFolks as possible. We urged pre-registration, so we would have an idea of how many to expect . . . food & drink supplies and Welcome Packets & Goodie Bags would be contingent on numbers pre-registered, naturally. When registration payments arrived, I sent out MWCF08 Tickets to be printed out and brought with:
