Whilst awaiting Hurricane Helene, I decided to make this
CINNAMON SWIRL STREUSEL COFFEE CAKE for the third time . . .

The original recipe also included the cake for a 9" x 13" cake pan,
but it was much too dry, so I used Duncan Hines
GOLDEN BUTTER cake in two 9" round pans instead,
altho square pans would work just as well.
This tasted much better, so it is now my go-to recipe.

THE RECIPE I USED
Be sure to use the GOLDEN BUTTER cake mix,
as Classic Yellow cake mix makes a cake that is
too dry for this recipe.
