I've looked at life from both sides now
From win and lose and still somehow
It's life's illusions I recall

GOLDIE GOES TWO-WHEELIN'!
25 FEBRUARY 2007

Priscilla writes:

I wish I could have had all the people who care about Goldie here today when I got her up and "running" in her two-wheeled cart! I must admit, it took me a while to figure it out. Goldie didn't know what to make of it at first . . . even seemed a bit frightened, but that didn't last long once my Airedales Cooper, Sadie & Annie gathered around her . . . seeming to be excited to see her standing. Annie even picked up one of her toys and dropped it on Goldie's back . . . as if to say, "now we can really play!"

Annie & Goldie

After a few minutes, I opened the front door and helped her out onto the front porch. She loved it!

Ph

Now I can find out what my friends are always lookin' at . . .

The first thing our dogs do when they go out on the porch is stick their heads out through the porch railing to get a better view of everything. Goldie has watched them do that many times when she's been out there on her blanket with them . . . so what do you think was the first thing she did . . . she put her head through the porch railing! I was so excited myself to see her enjoying her new-found freedom so much that I didn't take as many photos as I could have.

Ph

Hey, look at me!

Ph

Hangin' with (Mr.) Cooper!

Ph

Sadie: I think Goldie wants to kiss me!
