On Day Two, Stacy writes: I got her to eat some chicken & rice this afternoon; also got her to drink water. She first started drinking & eating out of my hand, but I gradually got her to go to the bowls. I would have liked to have to taken some pictures of her today; however, she slept most of the afternoon and I thought it best for her to sleep.
I would like to get her in to the vet first thing tomorrow morning to find out what is going on with her feet.
	After Stella's initial vet visit, Stacy writes: She will be having her first surgery on Monday. They will have to remove one of her toes and will remove the nails. They will do something with the other foot after this one is healed. The foot they are doing first is the worst one. They think they might be able to save the toes on the other foot.
Ten days after surgery, Stacy writes: Stella has been getting along with our dog, Fairbanks.
