PUNTING ON THE CAM 1 JUNE 2013
On Saturday, we were out early for our Cambridge visit. No breakfast for Kaye; I was concerned for her well-being. We had a lovely trip on the River Cam and the guide/captain of our flat-bottomed vessel was very informative; so much information, so little retention. It is 10:00 a.m. and a bit grey & overcast. We decided to take the trip early in case it rained later.
The mooring station for the punts We had to wait about 20 minutes for our craft to depart or until they filled it; it seats approximately 12 people, so we took a walk along by the river.
