Lucybelle is an indomitable spirit. She still misses her guy. Looks at every male who comes into the house to see if it is her guy coming back for her. It is, indeed, still heartbreaking.
I don't know how long she has left with us, but I think it will be long enough to teach all of us the meaning of courage.
