My bags are packed & I'm ready to go . . .
. . . but this time, rather than staying in the hotel
at Chicago O'Hare Airport the night before,
the members of TEAM MANTA are being picked up by limousine
and driven to the airport at 3 a.m., Sunday.
We figure limo - as in extended car.
This is what appears in front of our door at 2:30 a.m. . . .
This isn't a limo; it's a private BUS!
Also different from all previous trips is that the weather was NOT snowy, NOT cold;
in fact, it was very warm & pleasant.
One last look at Mr. Scuba in his lucky parrothead traveling hat.
I'm sure they were all tempted to stay home . . . NOT.
