You can see this lure too (it's white). In the Pacific, they are known as Anglerfish.
These fish come in a variety of colors (and can CHANGE their colors), and found in pairs.
One partner is noticeably, sometimes as much as ten times, larger than the other.
When the gender can be determined, the larger partner is always the female.
