I stopped in our local Factory Outlet Card Store, and look what I found! Needless to say, we bought the plates, the napkins, a tablecloth for the cake table & a banner. The rest of the tablecloths & some of the plates, napkins & tableware will be blue, yellow, orange, green & red, to carry through the parrot colors.

Aren't these just the cutest things? They're toothpicks, and I bought TWO GROSS of them . . . don't ask me why!

On 25 March, our order from Oriental Trading Company came in. The decorations are marvelous, although the Parrot in a Hammock that we though would be a nice centerpiece for the food table is just about the right size for a cake topper, which might be just what we'll have done.

Unfortunately, the people in Indonesia where the shirts were made must be much smaller than we are; the designs were nicer than shown in the catalog, but the L was actually an M, and the XL wouldn't fit any of us, so we will probably go to Key West Fashions (appropriately enough, since VetteMan, Nancy & I have all visited the store in Key West) and choose one of their designs for VetteMan & myself, and let the other three choose which Parrot Shirt design they would like to wear.

Parrots

I think this one, called "Parrots Galore", is the one for the Bride & Groom.
(Wasn't she a character in a James Bond movie?)
