FINISHING & USING
THE NEW GARDEN CART
1 NOVEMBER 2025

We thought this plastic shelf liner would somewhat protect the bottom
of the cart, and prevent small things from falling out . . .

PLANTS

Neal had the brilliant idea of using zip ties to secure
the shelf liner so it would not buckle . . .

PLANTS

. . . which required a bit of maneuvering . . .

The finished product . . .

Of course, my first reaction is to put a dog in the cart . . .

Unlike Daisy2Legs,
who LOOOOOVED
to ride on Yellow Dolly,
and would coming running
(yes, she ran, FAST, even with
just two working legs)
whenever she HEARD it,
Gipsy was NOT impressed
and insisted on being taken out.

(Which of these two is having
more fun, do you think?)

SweeTea was even LESS impressed,
and jumped out before I could
take a photo.

Before going outside to test
the new garden cart,
we shared our coffee with SweeTea
in her Little Pink Coat . . .

. . . and with Gipsy . . .

PLANTS

. . . as SweetTea watches to be sure she's gotten her fair share.

Now comes the test . . . these are VERY heavy pots . . .

PLANTS

. . . and these are very heavy plants . . .

PLANTS

We easily moved eight of them from the front yard,
around the corner, and into the courtyard,
where I hope to bring them back to better condition.
